Coronavirus (Covid 19) Statement

The safety of our customers and staff is of vital importance to us, we will therefore be taking certain measures to protect against Coronavirus:
When booking a service call with us you will be asked if anyone in your household is exhibiting any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus.
When our engineers visit your property, they will again check if the situation has changed before entering your property. Whilst at your property we also ask that you maintain a 2-meter distance at all times in accordance with the Government Guidelines on Social Distancing.
If we are unable to complete a repair / installation or delivery because of Coronavirus we will make arrangements to re-schedule with you as soon as possible.
We are prioritising urgent home visits and ask if your need is not urgent that you delay booking a call out.

We are acting in accordance with Government Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidelines. We will be monitoring the situation and will be following any future Government advice, we will post any changes here as soon as we are able to.
