| We also offer Standing Order and Repeat Card Payment options if you wish to pay on a different day of the month. For both these options there is an additional charge of £2.00 per month and you will need to make a one off partial payment to bring your account up to date with your new chosen payment date. |

| Please remember to add £2.00 to your monthly payment and advise our Accounts office of your preferred payment date before taking the completed form to the local branch of your bank. We will then provide you with our Account Number and Sort code to complete the form. |
