We offer a wide range of freestanding appliances that we can install at your tenanted property. In the event of a fault on the appliance one of our engineers will visit the property to repair the item and if it cannot be repaired it will be replaced. Repairs can be booked by you, a letting agent, management company, or by the tenant themselves. Our aim is to make the process as easy and stress free for you as possible.
Many manufacturers do not offer any guarantee on items purchased for use in tenanted property as they deem it to be commercial use because you are financially benefiting from its use. This does not apply to rental; we cover the item against all faults even though the property is tenanted. We also cover things like blocked filters and user error which are not covered on manufacturers guarantees.
If the property is an HMO we can also offer Light Commercial or Commercial cover for multiple users. The level of cover required would be dependent on the number of occupants using the items.
There is no limit to the number of appliances you can rent or the number of properties they can be installed at. Each account will be linked to your Invoice Address so you can easily enquire about all your accounts simply by giving your own address. Each account will also have the installation address and its own account number, so you can enquire about any individual address and it makes it easier to book a service call if required.
Each account would have its own contract, which needs to be signed by you. This is usually done on delivery, but if you cannot be at the property, we are happy to email the paperwork to you for signing and then you simply send it back to us. Anybody can be present at the property for installation or for any service calls, whether you want to be there yourself, or if someone from your letting agents or management company will be there or if it is just the tenant.
Please note that installation can be to existing services only, we cannot make alterations to plumbing or electrical points. We will also carry out safety checks before connecting to existing services.
We also sell small appliances, such as Microwaves, Kettles etc. If you need any of these items we are happy to deliver them at the same time as the rented appliances.
